About My Tutoring Approach :

I usually believe in teaching students in one to one or in batches but that is not possible in schools & college's.Hence I keep in mind the students who need help nd give them special classes when ever we get time..My main plus point is my command over languages..I teach same thing one in Bengali, then Hindi & finally English. Hence my students understand the subject well. I have my way of teaching students as per need and situation of the student.But in school it is necessary to use the project nd the content..Hence the board work has reduced drastically. I also teach in a reputed Tutorial home where they have a projector and the inbuilt lessons. Hence the teaching becomes easy.

Why I Am Into Teaching :

Love to mould students, want to learn from my students that I don't know,want to understand the behavioral aspect of the generation, impart what ever little I know above all love teaching profession.

My Teaching Journey & Achievements :

In school & College I was the Class teacher nd house mistress.I was in charge of discipline, PR, Parents liaison, Sports nd exams department. My relationship with students is like sweet nd salt .They always took decision taking me into the loop.The relationship with the parents is also very good..After PTMs the students were sent to me for counseling and I am proud to say I could mould 5 students in the whole of my teaching career. Hence I consider myself to be a successful teacher.

About My Students :

I taught 5 students (2 frm state board, 2 from CBSE &1 from ICSE )of class 9th and 4 of class 10th..The student of class 9th were average but the passed out with 80% marks..My 10th students scored between 85 to 92%. For students of 11th &12; (4 nos- 3 ICSE & 1 CBSE boards) the standards the we're good and fared well in board exams. For the the BA 2nd year student I taught History and he scored 50%. I usually taught English, Social Science & Evs students & English, History, Geography, PolSc & Economics to class 11th & 12th Students. My short story was published in Times students Edition with the students name.
