my approach is adapting with the need of the student. i believe in innovating and implementing customised method to facilitate teaching learning. the first thing that i take into account is the need of the student,his/her goals and expectetions. then comes his strength and weakness. all these variables are important to plan a teaching learning method conducive for him/her.
