About My Tutoring Approach :

Mentoring pupils is always a glimpse of enthusiasm that energise me since 2007, when I started my teaching career . A synthetic approach lies in shaping career and building strong foothold which mainly depend on proficiency and accuracy of knowledge that help someone not only for better attainment of board exam but also for cracking many competitive exams like NEET etc . My speciality lies in making the concepts clearly understood and in developing a detail concept of subject matter along with that taking feedback and exams that match both board and competitive level . Here the students are made ready from basic level to competitive level and always they come out with innovative notions relevent to the subject matter that make them understand the subject well. Handling student , is a way which I think very special because it needs to understand the students demand and psychology . To me a mentor must be student friendly so that students can open them up and clarify doubts as well can discuss things others with teacher concerning educational aspects . It's an experience , that even in abroad, Universities practice these methodologies proved to uplift and improve the performances of the students .

Why I Am Into Teaching :

I , am into teaching because when I was a student I used to feel contented whenever I cracked to understand something which I might face difficult before . It can be with the assistance of respective subject teacher or a text book which eradicate difficulties and then I used to feel so delighted and energetic that I wanted to explain the things to others that was difficult to me and propagate the same enthusiasm among others who are dealing with that . I used to forward the things I felt difficult formerly to others and then clarify it with the concepts I achieved . I is not only a reason why I like to teach but a great enthusiastic vibration that ner let me do away with that .

My Teaching Journey & Achievements :

My Achievements _- It started with the age when I was a Bachelor student Under University of Calcutta. It was my teacher who found something interesting about my intense desire of knowing the subject from the core . My questions which never let me sleep unless it gets clear even today because a good teacher is also a student according to scientists as there is no bar and end to know and sky is the limit . I think we should keep on learning and teaching till be breath our last . I qualified my +10 with. First div from Missionary school in Kolkata and +12 also with highest marks in biology . Then graduated from C.U. with Botany Hon . And then Masters in same with specialisation in Cytogenetic from Visva- Bharati University with First class . I attended number of seminars in Bose , IICB , CCMB , ISI , CU. and also member of Science Congress and AISTA , PhD. Project fellow with Former Member of BLC , NTA , CBSE . I am also a faculty in Aakash Institute , Pathfinder and Fiitjee . Connected to Kota , Allen . and VMC Teach in Rajeev Classes , Genesis Eduventure , G+ education , Kalakshetra Sc. dept . Ambition Educare and so on . My teaching journey rewarded me lots of felicitations and I feel successful when I see my students securing the top positions in board , medical , KVPY. ,NTSC , Biology Olympiad . Till date the graph of students success is elevating and it's upon the further upcoming students and their parents who should take it more up to flying colours by keeping faith on me .

About My Students :

taught many students since 2007 . Say for the sake of no. it can be said to as more than > 5000 app. For mentioning the name of schools I need to mention all the name of school that are in Kolkata . These students belong to different boars like CBSE , ICSE , WB , Cambridge , National Boards. I taught in college (Asutosh) as assistant professor in biochemistry also . Most of my students are successful in becoming Doctor who studied only in Govt. Colleges . Some of them are doing Masters in bio field . Pharmacologist etc.
